    As a Senior Electrical Engineering Design Engineer, you will support electronic control system development programs for aerospace products. In this role, you will be responsible for solving complex design challenges and becoming proficient in various designs and design processes in the electrical design discipline. You will be a key technical contributor in the design, development, and support of electronic control products within the Collins Aerospace Power & Controls product line.

    This is a hybrid role (combination of onsite and remote work) based at the Phoenix, Arizona site.

    **What You Will Do**

    + Solve design challenges and participate as part of a cross functional team of engineers

    + Support projects ranging from new product development, existing product sustainment, production support, and field investigations

    + Perform development program design activities including design concept, part selection, circuit schematics, circuit analysis and design reviews

    + Support circuit printed wiring board (PWB) layout and routing

    + Design verification test activities including verification test plans and procedures, test readiness reviews, test execution in the lab, data review and test reports

    + Support unit level environmental qualification test efforts for EMI and other environments such as temperature, altitude, humidity, etc.

    + Contributes to program planning efforts with schedules and budgets

    **Qualifications You Must Have**

    + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

    **Qualifications We Prefer**

    + Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

    + Prior experience with analog and digital circuit design and analysis, complex logic devices

    + Prior experience with electronic circuit testing methodologies, and hardware / software integration

    + System hardware / software integration test experience using LABVIEW or Test Stand

    + Experience in a cross-discipline work environment interacting with design engineers, project leads, lab personnel, program managers and customers

    The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
