    + Lead data (internal research) driven costing strategies, analysis and solutions for complex capture and business shaping efforts.

    + Develop estimating factors, regression analysis and estimating relationships from company data.

    + Support Analysis-of-Alternatives (AoAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), affordability initiatives, should-cost exercises, engineering trade analyses and Design-to-Cost (DTC).

    + Initiate and lead cost studies to generate metrics and analysis for business use.

    + Organize and estimate new efforts generating ROMs, BPEs, or cost targets for large/complex efforts.

    + Perform data collection, normalization, and analysis.

    **Basic Qualifications:**

    + Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with 2+ years of professional experience in Cost Modeling and Data Engineering – OR – Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with 1+ years of professional experience in Cost Modeling and Data Engineering.

    + Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to effectively bring projects to completion.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use them in informing, presenting, negotiating and problem solving with a wide range of functions and people.

    + Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.

    + Experience working in space systems programs.

    Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $121,900.00

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
