The major responsibility of this position includes serving as a faculty advisor in the academic and clinical areas. Graduate teaching responsibilities include teaching several courses in different areas of the Speech-Language Pathology graduate program curriculum. A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Health Sciences (ATSU-ASHS) invites applications for a full-time faculty member in the Speech-Language Pathology Program. The program is housed in the Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. We are seeking vibrant and innovative individuals at the assistant or associate professor level. Appointment will be for 12 months with rank and salary commensurate with academic credentials and experience. Position to begin July of 2025.

The cornerstone of the program is the education of speech-language pathologists with a focus on culturally responsive practices. We are seeking faculty with expertise across all areas of speech, language, and swallowing disorders and across the lifespan with an emphasis on research. The program provides a wide spectrum of state-of-the-art medical speech pathology instrumentation and equipment for student education and faculty research.

Individuals with strong research portfolios are especially desired. The program seeks to develop a rich scholarly environment for its students supported by the research and grantsmanship of the faculty.

The major responsibility of this position includes serving as a faculty advisor in the academic, research, and clinical areas. The program does not have an on-campus clinic, but some supervision may be required (examples include: activities in the classroom, simulations, community screenings, or health fairs). Graduate teaching responsibilities include teaching several courses in different areas of the Speech-Language Pathology graduate program curriculum. Engagement in professional and scholarly activities and service to the university and community are required. **Desired Qualifications**

A.T. Still University's School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona (ATSU-SOMA) is seeking a full-time, exempt Professor of Biochemistry at the Assistant or Associate level on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position focuses exclusively on educating medical students in biochemistry, delivered through both large and small group formats.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

• Serve as a content expert in biochemistry.

• Facilitate small group learning and collaborate on case-based learning sessions.

• Work collaboratively with other faculty to create and develop cases for case-based learning sessions.

• Prepare educational tools (AV, demonstration models, workshops, lesson plans, etc.), as needed.

• Provide reliable and valid formative and summative assessment items, including board-style questions.

• Identify and support underperforming students through evaluation tools.

• Advise, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to students.

• Act as an advisor for at least one student club.

• Participate in departmental and institutional committees.

• Act as a course director for one block in the preclinical curriculum
