    Job Description

    Printing Services is the on-campus printing support service for Northern Arizona University. We are seeking a hard-working, reliable, and organized individual to aid the production departments with routine production and fulfillment duties.

    Duties

    • Set up and operate production printing and finishing equipment in the Digital Print Production and Large Format Production departments.
    • Review job tickets for job specifications.
    • Prioritize job tickets for completion and deliver jobs by due date.
    • Perform visual inspections to verify product meets quality expectations.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in job area.
    • Use job management and job tracking systems efficiently.
    • Diagnose and report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
    • Pack and prepare jobs for delivery.
    • Intake incoming jobs and printing materials while following correct procedures.
    • Assist other print shop areas as needed.
    • Maintain regular attendance.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Salary

    Salary is $20 an hour.

    FLSA Status

    This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The incumbent is eligible for overtime pay or compensatory time according to University policy. Further, the employee must submit timesheets that accurately reflect all hours worked.
