    Responsible for various office and field activities associated with the commercial service offerings supported by the department. These offerings include dark fiber licensing and wireless co-locations but could expand in the future.     + Take client service calls and open jobs as needed following all proper procedures.

    + Dispatch techs on previously scheduled maintenance and service calls.
