Minimum Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY: A Driver- CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers. In addition, a Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with the Company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle, and completes vehicle condition reports (“VCRs”) on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.

+ Safely operate his or her heavy truck along his or her designated route and to the disposal site; read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor.

+ Operate manual and/or automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility.

+ Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner.

+ Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers in accordance with applicable departmental procedures.

+ Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste.

+ Clean area around an accidental waste spill, ensuring adherence to all applicable safety standards and policies.

+ Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time; clean waste from the packer blade and truck body (where appropriate) on each disposal trip.

+ Complete required route/productivity sheets, VCRs and other reports, as required.

+ Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.

+ Follow all required safety policies and procedures.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OILER

Each day you'll visit assigned project locations to refuel and lube heavy equipment. You'll safely operate a fuel service truck and make sure we're ready to get to work the next day. You may be working alone or you may have a helper assisting you. Expect to travel to project locations throughout the Southwest.

This is a safety-sensitive position which will require the safe operation of a lube truck on multiple job sites as well as traveling between job sites. You must have the ability to lift, load/unload parts and materials, and perform routine preventative maintenance on CATERPILLAR earthmoving equipment, including but not limited to refueling heavy equipment, checking and maintaining all fluid levels and greasing parts.

You will need to be able to effectively communicate with operations, purchasing and other team members. You'll need to be able to work safely in accordance with our Health & Safety Program, OSHA regulations, Company Policy and other programs related to the professional Heavy Equipment Oiler.

You will need to be able to competently complete Pre & Post Trip inspections and maintain driver logs to ensure DOT compliance at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

Requires a Class B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (at minimum)

Ability and willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Southwest, United States

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting

+ Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract

+ Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks

+ Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)

+ Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production

+ Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

**Warehouse Associate - Receiving/Prep**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves working in the receiving/sort area where you will be responsible for opening boxes and performing standard warehouse receiving tasks. The ideal candidate must have attention to detail, as you will need to input data accurately into our customer’s system. Additionally, you will assist in the clean and prep area where your tasks will include building boxes, cleaning laptops, and creating shipping labels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Receiving/Sort Area:**

+ Open boxes and handle standard warehouse receiving tasks.

+ Accurately input data into client system.

+ Maintain an organized and clean work area.

+ **Clean and Prep Area:**

+ Build and prepare boxes for shipment.

+ Clean and prep laptops ensuring they meet our quality standards.

+ Generate and affix shipping labels to packages.

+ Pay close attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and quality.

**Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and conscientious with a passion for protecting the customer. What You'll Do

+ Unload, receive, inspect, and prepare inbound furniture orders which will require manually moving large, heavy goods.

+ Repeatedly bend, stretch, reach and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.

+ Use scan technology to document pertinent carton level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location of material.

+ Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues.

+ Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate and up to date.

+ Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.

+ Unpack products and following inspections, wipe down and repackage products before being shipped to customers.

+ Provide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for improvements based on your everyday experience.

+ Be a vocal contributor on the team.

+ Work effectively with peers and managers.

+ Identify the most efficient way to complete assigned tasks and ask clarifying questions when appropriate.

+ Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.

+ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need

+ Be at least 18 years old

+ Must be comfortable repeatedly bending, stretching, reaching and lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift.

+ You'll need to read and comprehend English for safety reasons

+ Able to work on warehouse floor 8+ hours a day or more

+ Strong, consistent work ethic

+ Comfort with scanning technology.

+ Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
