Job Description:

Summary:

This role is responsible for conducting daily production tasks involving mixing, milling, molding, adhesive application, sanding, cutting, inspection, cleaning of the area, and cycle counts. Responsible for taking initiative and ownership of the process to ensure continuous production through troubleshooting and problem resolution. This is a day shift position. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Essential Functions:

Utilize proper operation of equipment to produce materials as specified, based on work instructions provided and handle all material in accordance with best practices and material handling process, as instructed.
Setup and disassemble equipment based on material requirements, as specified by work instructions, product requirements and deviations.
Maintain accuracy and quality in product output, in accordance with performance standards.
Perform quality inspection on all materials to ensure product quality standards are met, in accordance with product inspection methods.
Maintain a clean work environment and practice daily lean manufacturing methodology and activities.
Log, track, and/or input material specifications for various quality and reporting measures.
Transport materials to designated area with all required documentation included.
Operate pallet jacks, lifts and dollies to maneuver, control and transport materials safely and effectively, as needed.

Machine Shop Supervisor – 1st Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising 1st Shift team members and total activity.
Responsible for ensuring the manufacturing process, required resources, Inspection Plan & all stages of product realization are on schedule.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System within their departments including all related training.
Responsible for driving company goals and objectives within their departments including continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Engineering and Production departments to assure proper workflow according to current schedules.
Assure that necessary materials are in stock for all projects.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements

Qualification Requirement:

5+ years’ experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in a high-volume environment.
3 + years’ experience as supervisor or lead in a machine or job shop.
Exposure to prototyping and NPI Machining preferred but not required.
Advanced level experience with measuring tools and ANSI y14.5.
Experience with root cause analysis / fault tree.
Experience with ERP Manufacturing software – Oracle E-Suite is preferable but not required.

Duties:

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Engineer to join our Systems Operations team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our critical systems and infrastructure. You will leverage your technical expertise to lead and participate in application upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and automation initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement. **In this role, you will:**

+ Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure, moderately complex application upgrades and vulnerability remediation efforts, within the Systems Operations functional area

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of systems engineering or technology architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ Advance understanding of application monitoring stack (Logs, Metrics, Events, Traces, Alerts) and ability to visualize and setup end to end observability (Infra and App components)

+ Strong experience in using industry standard monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, APM, Grafana, Prometheus

+ Experience in deploying the application to cloud platforms

+ Experience in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, uDeploy, Gradle, Groovy and Maven

**Job Expectations:**

+ Design automated software and product upgrades, change management and release management solutions

Summary The Phoenix Arizona VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) is recruiting for a Boiler Plant Operator within the Engineering or Facilities Management Service located in Phoenix, AZ. The incumbent in this position is under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and the operator is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance and control of the central boiler plant. The incumbent ensures continuous operation of the Boiler Plant for the health and safety of patients and staff. Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operation of auxiliary equipment such as deaerating feed water tank, two water softeners, three city water booster pumps, three feed water pumps and condensate return tank with two pumps, microprocessor control systems, automated chemical feed system, distilled water system, controlled air compressors, and automated boiler blowdown system. Provide operational adjustments to the burner management system. Maintain records and logs of plant operating conditions, including hourly readings of outside air temperature, condensate return temperature, stack temperature, oxygen stack percentage, and carbon dioxide percentages. Maintain proper chemistry control of boiler water, condensate, and feedwater. Perform daily boiler water test. Adjust Amines, Phosphate and Sulfite to maintain proper water qualities.
