    Starting pay (NOT including 10% shift differential and overtime) is $70,000/year.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Monitor building and energy management systems; operate data center systems and equipment; respond immediately to urgent situations (e.g., fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and customer concerns

    + Monitor, operate and maintain heating equipment, chillers (air and/ or water cooled), DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV, and air distribution systems, etc.
