Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Manual and machine TIG/MIG.
Understanding of the use of measuring devices, such as micrometers, calipers, tapes etc.
Qualified to read blueprints.
Fabricates equipment by cutting, burning, and welding various metals.
Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded.
Subject completed welding tasks to appropriate inspections.
Strong understanding of TIG/MIG welding procedures & processes.
Must have experience working with steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and AWS welding symbols.
Ability to perform welds that pass a visual inspection and destructive test.
Ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, squares, rules and dial calipers).
Basic math skills; must be able to perform conversions and basic calculations.
Knowledge of welding machines and set up.
Ability to operate hand/air tools and electric grinders.

1 in Arizona this is considered a Safety Sensitive position

Educational/Certification Requirement:

High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Two year vocational welding program or equivalent experience.

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Business Operations Manager with foundry business and manufacturing background to drive BizOps for a line of business within our Silicon Business Group (SBM), which is responsible for silicon foundry business across all end-customers totaling $19B dollars of revenue in 2023. The manager will be responsible for driving the P and L of a platform by setting go-to-market strategy, defining business plans, recommending which business to accept under which terms, setting/tracking/reporting business and operational KPI commitments. The position will report to the director of the business line.Key Responsibilities:Work with the director of business operations to set and program manage execution of go-to-market strategy and business plans including:

Determining target markets and target customers evolution over a 10-year horizon, in collaboration with marketing, and sales teams.
Providing demand forecasts into long-range planning process to secure required capacity.
Collaborating with finance and other functions to complete NPV assessments.
Recommending which business we will accept and under which terms.
Justifying development and deployment to Intel Foundry management.
Managing change requests through structured change control process.

KPI setting/tracking/reporting:

Collaborate with execution teams to set/track/report the KPIs that are critical to achieving the aligned business plans including:

With sales: commitments on design awards, demand forecasts.
With manufacturing: yields, cycle time, capacity bring-up, capex spend, etc.
With engineering: structural cost, RND spend, etc.
With eco-system technology office: external IP and EDA spend.
Driving P and L:

Support the director in running a cross-functional MRC to program manage the business and operational aspects of the P and L.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, or in a STEM related field of study.
5+ years of experience leading business operations functions in a leading-edge foundry.
Experience working with finance, fab operations, sales, sales operations, IP or EDA eco-system.
Experience working with business and operations aspects of P and L.

Refrigeration Technician Installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains food service, refrigeration, and support equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN
Four (4) years experience in food service cooking and/or low temperature refrigeration equipment repair and maintenance, to include electrical, gas and plumbing installation and repair procedures
AND
Completion of a recognized trade training program in a related field or equivalent

Job Summary:
HVAC Start Up Techs are HVAC contractors responsible for ensuring that all safety and compliance standards are met and to provide technical assistance when necessary. Start up techs must follow and comply with EPA, DMV, State and local building codes when they service these systems. In addition to verifying a home's HVAC system meets code and is installed to blueprint, start up techs may also verify builder schedules, utilize electronic equipment for planning and installation tasks.

HVAC Start Up/ Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning filters, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers, forced air converter units, pumps, automatic and hand valves, expansion valves.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of gas and electrically operated air conditioning equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch, vacuum pump, test equipment utilized in the trade and a motor vehicle; maintain equipment in effective and safe working condition; maintain parts and tool inventory.
• Inspect and calibrate systems; repair pipes and tubing as necessary; test joints and insulate pipes of refrigeration and air conditioning systems; descale tubing; rebuild/replace pressure and temperature safety valves.
• Install, rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, thermostats, filters, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary.
• Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials; maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.

Schedule: 2:00p-10:30pm Mon-Fri (Overtime extended shift and weekend work required)

Compensation: $20.00 per hour + $1.25 shift differential

THE ROLE

The Finishing Operator/Inspector is responsible to converts master sheets to panels or sheets according to production work orders. The operator will be required to operate automated or semi-automated cutting equipment and inspect the product for conformance to customer and industry specifications.

Must be well versed in welding different thicknesses of material with a knowledge of steel, aluminum, and stainless materials including plate, round, and square tubing.
