Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) was founded in 2003 with the idea that the best environment for children and young adults is with their families and in their own communities. We have committed ourselves to developing in-home and community support that is unique and individualized. We specialize in partnering with families to build effective relationships and to inspire hope for a positive future.
Future CFSS team members are determined paraprofessionals, caregivers, clinicians, social workers and/or behavioral health professionals looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in their communities.

The CFSS Recruiting Team will review your submitted information and will then reach out to qualified individuals to schedule an interview. You will typically interview with the hiring manager of the position applied for. Upon being hired by CFSS, you'll complete a drug screening before beginning training. Training is conducted in-person in our Phoenix office. In addition to the training classes, you will also complete some e-learning courses on the computer, first aid and CPR certifications, and job shadowing in the community.
