Since 1987, RISE has been changing lives with quality services and programs for individuals and families in residential settings, opportunity centers and HCBS services. Our mission is to create opportunities for and with people by providing support for children, adults, and families throughout Arizona, Utah, Oregon, and Idaho. This encompasses not only individuals and families for whom we provide services and supports to, but also employees.
