Arion Care Solutions is looking for an In-Home BCBA Supervisor -- West Valley area of AZ with the following qualifications:

This includes guiding clients through the intake process, conducting thorough assessments, implementing effective treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing supportive team supervision. The BCBA Supervisor is an integral part of our Clinical Services team and reports directly to the Clinical Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
1+ year experience in direct and supervisory ABA Program Implementation
Applicant would be needed to obtain Prevention and Support, Article 9 and 8-hour supervision training upon hire

• May require the use of vehicle.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

▪ All services rendered within the member's home and/or community
▪ This job may require remote tele-work, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide a separate workplace at a corporate location. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare if appropriate
