As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sales plans and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and overall business success.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work remotely.

In this role, you will impact the company by leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share. Your ability to build strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $100,000 - $130,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $100,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets

+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements

+ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support

+ Travel 50%

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role

+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

+ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

+ Experience directly related to chemical braising and its application, as well as sales of said products
