Drive efficient and effective deployment of PLM tools to improve Honeywell business results. You will provide inputs to IT strategy and be the key liaison between business and IT leadership teams to validate customer requirements and solution for deployment of PLM standards and processes and other deployments. Responsible for driving PLM solutions & development for all of the five businesses. You will manage multiple PLM/CAD/Digital applications portfolio for the businesses. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering value to the businesses through both the implementation of innovative PLM solutions and leveraging existing PLM assets to enable the business strategy, achieve goals, value drivers and KPIs. You would work with business leaders globally and support them to achieve the business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Ability to understand business needs, processes and information requirements and lead solution development in PLM and adjacent technologies.

+ Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand and influence how PLM and the business can align strategic goals

+ Experience in developing business cases and in managing PLM budgets

+ Ability to work closely with other groups, IT partners and PLM suppliers/partners to achieve project / program goals

+ Experience in building and managing talent and develop high-performance teams

+ Excellent communication skills along with an ability to engage and influence senior managers / business leaders in a large / matrixed organization

+ Ability to communicate technically with technical teams within Honeywell and/or suppliers/partners while at the same time being able to work with and communicate to business stakeholders

+ Drive business relationships and manage both Internal IT/PLM & Business stakeholders as well as IT/PLM Partners

+ Experience in leading a creating and leading a Centre of Excellence (CoE)/captives/offshore units will be beneficial.

+ Manage the PLM team to deliver upon agreed KPIs

+ Support delivery teams on various projects to have the required multi-discipline PLM team including internal and 3rd party resources to ensure Customer Service

+ Delivery Excellence. Demonstrate eminence across various technologies and products that complement PLM solutions and develop a team with deep knowledge of such products and technologies

+ Co-ordinate and leverage relationships with leading PLM Co's and product vendors to assimilate product expertise build internal resources and help build thought leadership/POCs to grow business.

+ Resource management and project allocation. Drive Solution Development

+ Support the development of Proof of Concepts and Industry Solutions

+ Should have handled Delivery in the following Verticals Automotive, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Hi Tech and Aerospace

+ Ability to shifting priorities in a fast paced and changing environment

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 15+ years of experience in development / implementation, support and maintenance with a track record across breadth of Engineering IT/PLM platforms i.e. Siemens Team center

+ 10+ years of managerial experience, preferably across large corporations either within the companies or as a consultant. Experience across industries such as Aerospace, Transportation, Building Solutions, Industrial Equipment will be a big plus

+ Education - bachelor’s degree in engineering is essential. A master’s degree in management (MS/MBA or equivalent) will be a plus

+ Experience in implementation of large PLM deployments and managing diverse global teams

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of external and internal customers

+ Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken

+ Prior work experience in Engineering, or Manufacturing environment desired

+ Experience with methodologies of Agile SCRUM Development

+ Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills

+ Self-motivated and highly productive
