Honeywell Intelligrated is seeking a Service Contract Proposal Manager for it's Mason, OH location.
As a Service Contract Proposal Manager here at Honeywell Intelligrated, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing Renewal Amendment writing from start to finish. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of proposals aligned with business goals. Your strong leadership skills and ability to think strategically will drive results and contribute to the success of our initiatives. You will report directly to our Service Contract Manager, and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our Service Contract. By effectively managing proposals and implementing strategic plans, you will help drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Manage data entry into the Service Bank
+ Run Service Bank reports to present to Executive level management
+ Manage Renewal resources and activities to meet renewal proposal schedule and deliver proposals on time
+ Manage multiple renewal proposals opportunities in parallel
+ Identify, document, and develop renewal proposal schedule and deliverables to meet key milestones
+ Monitor and manage renewal proposal process to include any planning and status update meetings
+ Coordinate completion of the Order Entry Packet

YOU MUST HAVE
+ High School Diploma OR equivalent
+ 2+ years of Proposal Management experience, including strong technical writing and editing skills
+ Strong leadership and team management skills
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
+ Sales or Sales Support experience
+ Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and OneNote
+ Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
+ A passion for winning
+ Experience in managing cross-functional teams
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
