ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Management Specialist II here at Honeywell IGS, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery. Your expertise in project management and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the achievement of project goals and business objectives. In this role, you will focus on specific IGS projects that include: Asset Validation Process, Assessment Parts Quoting, Loop Sorter Assessments, Controls Assessments, and USS Assessments. Your ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage resources, and mitigate risks will be crucial in achieving project success.

You will report to our site in Mason, OH

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage Asset Validation phase visits/projects from initiation to completion.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.

+ Daily communications with customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

+ Create part quotes using Oracle for Assessment pull through.

+ Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

+ Act as the backup PM for other product lines: TTCB/Loop Sorter, Controls, and USS Assessments

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

+ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, Salesforce, Dashboard, & FSL.

+ Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
