As a Data Analytics & Integration Lead here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our M&A activities. You will be responsible for driving data analytics and integration efforts to support the evaluation and integration of potential acquisition targets. Your expertise in data analysis and strategic insights will be instrumental in identifying synergies, assessing risks, and maximizing the value of acquired businesses. In this role, you will have a direct impact on shaping our M&A strategy and driving successful integration outcomes. You will report directly to our Director of IT and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA office on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact:

+ Driving data analytics and integration initiatives to support the evaluation and integration of potential acquisition targets.

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify synergies and risks associated with M&A activities.

+ Providing strategic insights and recommendations to maximize the value of acquired businesses.

Key Responsibilities

+ Act as a liaison between the business team and the data management IT team to understand business requirements, answer data queries, assist with data requests and analysis.

+ Play the role of a subject matter expert (SME) for various modern stack technology applications and provide technical guidance and support to the team.

+ Provide data inputs for budgeting, planning, and executing data projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and integration projects.

+ Lead and oversee a large team of vendor members and ensure timely and quality delivery of data project outcomes.

+ Manage and support master data projects as required.

+ Coordinate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) with different vendors as per the contract and Honeywell guidelines.

+ Align data and analytics solutions with business objectives, ensuring that organizational goals are supported by cutting-edge technologies, optimizing efficiency, and fostering innovation.

+ Bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams and collaborate to enable a more cohesive integration of IT initiatives into overarching business strategies.

+ Leverage data to make informed business decisions and ensure that organizational strategies are based on data-driven insights, leading to more effective and impactful choices for the business.

+ Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering services that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 8 years of experience in different data and analytics technologies.

+ 10 years of experience in dealing with master and transaction data from a data and analytics perspective.

+ Minimum 5 years of exposure in data integration and data migration.

+ Strong hands-on experience in data warehouse technologies on modern platforms like Snowflake, Azure, etc.

+ Experience in handling projects using agile project methodology.

+ Ability to lead from the front and coordinate with different teams like system admins, application admins, network teams, and DBAs to resolve data integration and data migration issues.

+ Experience working in a global environment.

+ Flexibility to work in different time zones and support business requirements.

+ Expertise in accurately estimating work efforts and timelines for data projects and activities.

+ Prior experience in data migration for M&A.

+ Good understanding of master and transaction data in the manufacturing domain.

+ Understanding of ERP and SFDC data in the manufacturing domain.

+ Good knowledge of customer master, vendor master, and product master data.

+ Strong knowledge of data reporting with expertise in at least one function.

+ Experience in building data quality, master data management, or data governance solutions.

+ Experience in leading a data engineering/management team.

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Bachelor’s degree.

WE VALUE

+ Knowledge of SAP ERP and SFDC applications.

+ Knowledge of Snowflake and other cloud data warehouse platforms.

+ Understanding of tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Business Objects.

+ Knowledge of Informatica MDM, PIM, and Informatica ETL.

+ Knowledge of Gen AI/ AI/ML and automation.

+ Innovative mindset.
