BASIS Chandler is seeking qualified candidates for a Girls Junior High Basketball Coach!

December 2024 - March 2025

This is part of an auxiliary program and is not a full-time position.

Pay: BASIS Ed offers a competitive hourly pay for this position.

Required Qualifications:

HS diploma, Bachelor's preferred
Previous coaching experience
Experience working with young athletes
Ability to demonstrate Basketball skills effectively
Experience in playing Basketball at a competitive level
Preferred Qualifications:

Collegiate student-athlete experience
Responsibilities:

Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of Basketball (starting from how to shoot a basketball properly)
Creating and implementing drills to help build foundational skills
Coaching students through best practices in sportsmanship
Attending all games, practices, or scrimmages
