As a Sr Finance Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will hold a highly influential and strategic leadership position within our finance team. Your role will be responsible for leading financial reporting, forecasting, transformation, data analytics and other ad-hoc projects. In addition, this position will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of the Management Operating System (MOS), Commercial growth and provide the MS and Service leadership team with meaningful performance analysis, insights, and recommendations. This position will report directly to the CFO of Service GBE and will be based out of the Atlanta, GA office – with frequent exposure to HBS leadership team. NAM Cash analyst but also supported closing activities (primarily manual revenue JE posting)

You will report directly to our Sr Finance Director and will work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have additional responsibilities included below –

+ Unbilled AR forecasting processes by mode and MOS tracking.

+ Support quarterly balance sheet reviews for NAM regions

+ Support the AR dispute leader on weekly AR dispute MOS

+ Responsible for cash analytics (bowler) on weekly basis – AFDA, becoming AFDA, Past Due by subregion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Drive commercial growth

+ Partner with GM, Operations and Sales leadership

+ Identify SEA and policy improvement areas

+ Support Balance sheet review

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 8 + years of experience working in finance or accounting

+ 3 + years of experience in Hyperion, SAP or other finance systems would be beneficial

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ Experience in BI deployment and executing finance transformation initiatives

+ Experience developing forecasts and operating plans

+ Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)

+ Direct communication with clarity at all levels

+ Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual

+ The ability to make consistent and timely decisions

+ The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues
