**Where You Will Work**

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. Employees working on a flexible schedule collaborate online and in-person at our Collaboration Hub at the Cotton Center in Phoenix. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration.

**Description**

Under limited supervision, provide a variety of advanced secretarial and administrative support to a President or Vice President.

+ Relieve supervisor(s) of certain administrative duties in daily operations of the department. Compose a wide variety of written documents and correspondence. Prepare and type presentations, memoranda, letters, and reports. Compile statistical data and generate complex financial and operational reports.

+ Set up and maintain complex and often confidential files, databases, records and schedules.

+ Answer telephone calls and provide information to internal and external customers and the general public.

+ Develop and maintain operating policies, procedures, and practices. Interpret established policy and provide information for the resolution of problems.

+ Receive and review incoming email. Responsible for handling responses to email or forwarding to supervisor as necessary.

+ Make travel and lodging reservations. Prepare, submit and coordinate travel and expense reports.

+ Arrange venues for meetings and conferences. Prepare meeting agendas. Take, transcribe and distribute minutes of administrative meetings. May attend meetings with or as a representative of their supervisor.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Five (5) years administrative/secretarial experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Demonstrated ability to navigate/manage complex workflows and processes within a large enterprise business.

+ Leveraging organizational skills and strategic thinking to enhance efficiency and support high-level operational objectives.

+ Experience with Office 365, SAP Concur, SharePoint

**What We Offer You**

The estimated pay range for this role is currently **$26.00 - $36.00/hour.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
