Lead Semiconductor Reliability Engineer

Join a team that develops new or modified semiconductor and silicon-based sensor devices, defines processing or integration requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors and silicon based sensor devices. You will lead the evaluation of the wear out modes, devise test structures and methods of data collection, calculate part lifetimes from data collected, and help the broader team design manufacturing engineering processes pertaining to semiconductors and silicon-based devices with reliability wear out mechanisms in mind. You will determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve evaluation goals according to product needs.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability and wear out testing experience

+ USG secret security clearance in good standing, or US Citizenship and no known barriers to achieve a USG secret clearance (non-citizens are ineligible for clearance)

WE VALUE

+ 10 years or more semiconductor reliability experience

+ Understanding of microfabrication processes and how they relate to wear out mechanisms such as electromigration, hot carrier, and other transistor specific fail modes

+ Ability to translate reliability concerns/needs into wafer fabrication terminology

+ Ability to multitask

+ Team oriented attitude

+ Ability to follow directions and make tasks your own

+ Quickly and accurately identifies even subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues.

+ Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams.

+ Master's degree or advanced professional certification.
