As a Sr Tech Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to our customers. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Tech Support Manager and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location.

In this role, you will impact our customers by providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues will contribute to the overall success of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

• Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.

• Continuously update knowledge base and stay up-to-date with product developments and enhancements.

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related role.

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
