As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for performing assembly and testing tasks on electronic and mechanical components and systems. You will work with a team of technicians to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality products to our customers and contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assembly and testing tasks on electronic and mechanical components and systems

• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and compliance

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly and testing process

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of assembly and testing activities

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in assembly and testing of electronic and mechanical components

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of assembly and testing processes

• Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and procedures

WE VALUE

• Associate degree in a technical field

• Experience with Lean manufacturing ethics

• Knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
