**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

Come join our leadership team as a Director of Diagnostic Imaging! In this role you will oversee Imaging Services for Mercy Hospital Downtown (194 beds) and Mercy Hospital Southwest (78 beds). You will strive to lead and inspire ~100 staff members working in a fast paced environment, and seek to promote and ensure quality practices in compliance with all Local, State, and Federal agencies' rules and regulations. You will be a visible leader, available for your team and able to effectively monitor staff performance, allowing you to successfully participate in the development of competencies, performance standards and imaging protocols for the hospitals.

Imaging Services is comprised of:

+ 4 X-Ray rooms

+ 3 CT rooms

+ 2 Nuclear Medicine rooms

+ 2 ECHO rooms, 2 EEG rooms, and 2 IR rooms

+ Approximately 1330 cases per month

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.

+ Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience, three (3) years of which include experience managing/supervising diagnostic imaging services.

**Licensure:**

+ Certified technologist CA state licensure required.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

$65.48 - $94.95 /hour
