We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inspector, Quality Records, Level 2 to join our team. This role primarily focuses on handling and transferring technical data information to external customers through the AECS (Advanced External Customer System) platform. The ideal candidate should possess an understanding of data management principles, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.

Responsibilities:

Manage technical data records within the organization's AECS system.

Retrieve and compile technical data in accordance with customer requests and organizational guidelines.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data transferred to external customers.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary technical information and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive technical data throughout the transfer process.

Monitor and track data transfer processes to ensure timely delivery to external customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data transfer or customer inquiries promptly.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

You Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalent.

US Citizenship

2+ years of experience in technical data transfer or a related role.

Experience in records management or data handling roles.

Familiarity with technical data management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and transfer processes.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations.

Eligible to pursue an FAA Repairman's License

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with other data transfer protocols and tools.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data transfer.

• Project management skills and the ability to lead data transfer initiatives.
