**Weekend rotation!**

**5x8**

**Sign On Bonus: $3000**

**Center Hours:**

**Monday: Closed**

**Tuesday- 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM**

**Wednesday- 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM**

**Thursday- 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM**

**Friday - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM**

**Saturday -7:00 AM - 3:00 PM**

**Sunday-8:00AM-3:00PM**

**Requirements:**

+ Must have an active LPN license.

**Duties:**

+ Ensure accuracy of intake forms

+ Vitals

+ Greeting patients

+ Explain after care instructions.

+ Creating a warm and comforting environment for patients

**Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
