Honeywell is hiring a Human Resources Manager to work on a hybrid-schedule from our Orange, TX location.

As a HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the human resources function for our Orange, TX and Bryan, TX locations. You will be accountable for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will be instrumental in assisting the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

You will report directly to the Gulf Coast Sr HR Manager, Central HR region and you will work out of our Orange, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by attracting and retaining top talent, promoting employee engagement and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

+ Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

+ Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

+ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

+ Facilitate employee development and engagement initiatives.

+ Work with the ISC leadership team in facilitation of workforce planning and talent management needs

+ Provide guidance and facilitate to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

+ Focus on understanding key HR metrics for the Mobile, AL site identifying trends, and providing insights and recommendations to the regional leadership team and the global HR team

YOU MUST HAVE:

+ 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field.

+ Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

+ Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.

+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

WE VALUE:

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

+ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

+ Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

+ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

+ Experience with HRIS systems.
