Established in 1976, Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge is a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation. We are aligned with Dignity Health, one of the largest health systems in California. We are recruiting an enthusiastic NP or PA to join our Urgent Care team. Previous Urgent Care Family experience is required.

+ 1:1 scheduling (1 Physician, 1 APP)
+ 10 hour shifts/7 on 7 off schedule
+ One clinic location; adjacent to hospital
Acute cases are cared for at Northridge Hospital Medical Center; a 424-bed, acute care facility, serving the Northridge community since 1955.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Patient Care** : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
+ **Procedures:** Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
+ **Communication** : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
+ **Documentation** : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
+ **Team Collaboration** : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
+ **Quality Improvement** : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
+ **Compliance** : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
+ **Continuous Learning** : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
**Qualifications**
+ A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
+ Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
+ Completion of state mandated educational courses
**Pay Range**
$67.30 - $72.11 /hour
