**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
+ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
+ Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to patients.
+ Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
+ Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement.
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
+ Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in physical therapy.
**Qualifications**
+ Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy holding Baccalaureate Degree or higher required.
+ Current California Physical Therapy licensure required (PTL)
+ Recent graduates who are board eligible will be considered for provisional appointments.
+ Current CPR (AHA BLS)
+ Fire Safety card required. (must obtain 90 days from start date)
**Training:**
+ Academic curriculum will include coursework on growth and development gerontology and therapeutic procedures for pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric populations.
+ New applicants must present documentation of continuing education or experience. Upon annual appraisal must demonstrate participation in external continuing education.
+ Therapists will apply and obtain CCS paneling once one year equivalent of pediatric experience is obtained.
**Pay Range**
$44.63 - $64.72 /hour
