As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Sr. Chemical Plant Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Baton Rouge location. In this role, you will impact production processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure on-time delivery of products, and maintain a safe working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Proven experience in plant production or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
