As a Sr. Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving the success of Honeywell's demand generation efforts. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth. By leveraging your expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and strategic thinking, you will contribute to the company's revenue growth and market leadership.

In this role, you will impact the company by leading the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies, driving qualified leads and pipeline growth. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and optimize campaigns will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's success in the market.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $80,000 - $100,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $100,000-$120,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth

+ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives and product launches

+ Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize demand generation campaigns

+ Utilize advanced marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance, ROI, and attribution

+ Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the demand generation team, driving continuous improvement and professional development

+ Travel up to 50% across the US

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management

+ Experience in Information Technology, IOT, or Operations Technology

+ Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

+ Industry experience in Cybersecurity, Software as a Service (Saas), Enterprise Cloud, Mobility, ICT, Applications in critical infrastructure and Industrial Controls markets

+ Proven experience in expanding through large enterprise clients using strategic account initiatives

+ Experience in creating demand, selling entry point offerings in a short sales cycle leading to further enterprise adoption of Cybersecurity frameworks

+ Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics tools

+ Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights and make data-backed decisions

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills

+ Passion for customer success and satisfaction

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong leadership and mentoring skills

+ Proactive and results-oriented mindset

This role is #remote but the ideal candidate will live in the United States.
