Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an on-site support technician in Chandler, AZ. This person will be responsible for imaging laptops and computers for a 1-year contract that could potentially be extended depending on performance.
Requirements:
· Re-image Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops for replacement / redeployment (In-Office)
· Complete technical troubleshooting of computer hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
· Update relevant IT ticketing system to record, technical steps taken and any complications
Additional responsibilities may be added including: configures, troubleshoots, and supports desktops/laptops, peripherals, and cell phones. Answers questions and resolves computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or electronically. Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, office products, electronic mail, and operating systems. Follows all IT standard processes and procedures along with monitoring license compliance. Provides support of Global Support process by serving as Tier 1 / Tier 2 point of contact and owner of problem/incident.
This role can pay between $25 and $28 hr. dependent on experience.

Skills and Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in desktop support roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 and Microsoft Windows 7 & Windows 10/11
- Experience with computer build-out and setup; imaging, application installs, and configuration, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills. null
