Corporate Security Specialist

Responsibilities:

+ Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and facilities.

+ Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

+ Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective response to security incidents.

+ Provide security awareness training to employees and contractors.

+ Investigate security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.

+ Develop and manage security budgets, and ensure cost-effective security solutions.

+ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security.

+ Develop and maintain relationships with security vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or a related field.

Professional certification in security management, such as CPP or PSP.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to security incidents.

Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and technologies.Ability to develop and manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective security solutions.
