**Start Date:**

Our next RN Residency program start date will begin on March 3, 2025. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee.

Application period is open January 2-9, 2025 (7 days _ONLY_ ). **Applications must be received by the deadline no exceptions** .

**Overview:**

The New Graduate Residency Program features a challenging program blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization. This program is for recent graduates of RN programs who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program.

**Selection Process**

Department and shift selection will be determined upon completion of the interview process.

**Timeline:**

+ Requisitions posted January 2, 2025. The postings may be removed early after 100 applications have been received.

+ Interviews will be held in person January 14 and 15, 2025

+ The first day of Orientation is March 3, 2025

**Qualifications**

+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing within the past 12 months from start of program.

+ 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.

+ An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) at the time of interview

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required prior to the start of program.

+ Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.

**Pay Range**

$55.06 - $73.44 /hour
