Located in the Phoenix Ariz. suburb of Chandler the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 338-bed not-for-profit hospital with more than 2500 employees and almost 1000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Chandler Regional joined the Dignity Health system in 1999 but has been part of the community for more than 50 years. The hospital includes a Level I Trauma Center a Heart and Vascular Center a Wound Healing Center a Family Birth Center and many additional services. During the fiscal year ending June 30 2016 Chandler Regional provided more than $48 million in community benefit. **Responsibilities**

Chandler Regional Medical Center is seeking a passionate and highly motivated pharmacist to support our critical care areas. This position is primarily

responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care to our intensive care patients and will help expand our critical care coverage. The incumbent must

be an experienced or highly trained critical care practitioner that is able to provide and be responsible for drug therapy outcomes for individual patients as anintegral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. They will serve as a drug expert and consultant to physicians nursing staff and other hospital personnel. He or she will also have the opportunity to participate in pharmacy student and resident education.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D

Current Arizona State Pharmacist License in good standing

**Pay Range**

$51.66 - $74.91 /hour
