The Director Talent Management is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals globally. This role includes managing the talent acquisition function, ensuring a seamless integration between talent acquisition and overall talent management processes. The position is crucial for ensuring that the organization not only attracts top talent but also develops and retains it to meet strategic objectives. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director Talent Management will lead and develop a team of professionals. Additionally, this role involves empowering and collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), senior leaders, and teaming across departments and business units, focusing on talent strategy.

**In this role as Director Talent Management, you will be responsible for:**
+ Develop Talent Management Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent through the talent and succession planning.
+ Oversee Talent Acquisition: Direct the talent acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment processes and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
+ Succession Planning: Develop and manage succession planning programs to ensure leadership continuity in conjunction with HRBP’s
+ Performance Management: Oversee performance management systems to ensure they align with organizational goals.
+ Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership and HRBP’s to understand business needs and align talent strategies accordingly.
+ Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform talent management decisions and strategies.
+ Budget Management: Manage the talent management and acquisition budgets effectively.
+ Compliance: Ensure all talent management and acquisition practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
**For this role as Director Talent Management, you should have:**
+ Extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
+ Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with HR software and tools.
+ Leadership experience: Ability to lead and inspire a team.
+ Strategic Vision: Strong ability to develop and implement long-term talent strategies.
+ Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
+ Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
**Bonus Points:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
+ Experience with HR technology platforms - Greenhouse and UKG are a plus!

Salary Range: $176,000 - $242,450 This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.,
