We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our technical support center. In this role, you will support merchants in setting up their payment processing software and devices (Point of Sale Systems), including gateways. Your responsibilities will include installations, troubleshooting various devices, and employing a variety of tactics to resolve issues. This team is crucial to our merchant onboarding process, as they set up, install, and resolve terminals for all new merchants. A strong customer service and sales mentality is essential.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide shipping confirmations and assist merchants in setting up their new terminals.

+ Troubleshoot broken terminals and work closely with merchants to ensure all issues are resolved.

+ Manage a queue/ticketing system, with calls ranging from 5 minutes to over an hour to resolve merchant issues.

Nice to Have Skills:

+ Previous experience in payment processing.

+ Experience working in a retail environment and helping customers resolve problems.

+ Experience in a call center/queue/ticketing environment.

+ Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Clover, PAX, Dejavoo, ELO).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
