In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of clients and Databricks’ account, sector, and leadership teams to sell leading solutions through Gen AI and cutting-edge AI and data use cases and platforms using Databricks, which serves as a pivotal component of our strategy.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for researching, building, and implementing scalable artificial intelligence systems that meet diverse business requirements. Key responsibilities include:

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Area of focus Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
+ Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
+ Minimum of 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles.
+ Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams and/or consulting teams.
+ Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using Databricks and Microsoft Azure.
+ Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in driving business value.
+ Ability to clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions.
+ Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.
+ Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks.

**What we offer**
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $176,500 to $403,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $211,800 to $458,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
