A Program Manager provides professional support, leadership, project management and consultation to projects and initiatives they lead. This position will work closely with a cross function project team to implement the projects, programs, and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Collaborates with various team and department members including the Executive Team to establish and fulfill process improvement projects and initiatives.

+ Collaborates with Management including the Executive Team to create and implement key programs and initiatives.

+ Leads and maintains process improvement workflows and project plans; ensures that stated objectives are fulfilled in a timely, high quality, and collaborative manner

+ Elicits ideas and prioritizes the tasks within the project plan

+ Serves as liaison between the Department and the rest of the company

+ Facilitates a positive culture that supports corporate goals, promotes individual and team initiative, and fosters open communication through all levels of the organization

+ Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication with company leadership, team members, and office leadership

+ Initiates feedback channels with stakeholders, and utilizes feedback received to drive operational efficiencies and improvements

+ During all phases of review(s), maintains a positive working relationship with business partners to ensure that work-related encounters are productive

+ Maintains ongoing, proactive communication with upper-level management and advocates in favor of identified goals and mission

+ Displays dedication to corporate objectives

+ Consistently models the organization’s philosophy of customer service and compliance

+ Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communication/Marketing, or related field

+ Highly able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing

+ Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate work, work independently, employ creativity in resolving problems, identify critical issues, exercise independent judgment, work under pressure

+ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

+ Must be dynamic, intelligent, innovative, and passionate about the company's mission and vision

+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required

+ Ability to create and implement project plans

+ Strong ability to identify and coordinate teams and groups that meet organizational needs

+ Ability to assess people, processes, and organizational structures

+ Ability to design, organize, and implement solutions

+ Exhibits company values in all decisions and activities

+ Excellent organization, problem-solving, decision-making, presentation, and communications skills

+ Results-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

+ Proven customer service skills, sound independent judgment, initiative and solid organizational and time management skills required

+ Prior experience with business-partnering and building trust with managers and employees

+ Basic computer proficiency required and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software programs, internet usage, etc.

+ Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
