Description

We are initiating the search for a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join one of our boutique law firm client's teams based in North Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will be operating in a hybrid work environment, dealing with land banking transactions and liaising with large home builders. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with expertise in transactional real estate and at least 5 years of law firm and/or in-house experience.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in land banking transactions

• Collaborate with large home builders to facilitate property deals

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software for efficient work management

• Employ your Juris Doctor knowledge in handling legal aspects of real estate transactions

• Maintain and manage documents related to real estate investment

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactional activities

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be an active member of the State Bar of Arizona.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Transactional Real Estate Attorney.

• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing.

• Familiarity with Case Management Software for efficient case handling.

• Skill in Document Management, with the ability to organize, store, and track files efficiently.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Arizona Real Estate laws and practices, understanding the legal implications and potential risks.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• High degree of detail orientation and integrity.
