Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related

field. A Master's degree is preferred.

* Proven experience in data analysis, data storytelling, and reporting.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau,

Power BI).

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex

data insights in a clear and compelling manner.

* Experience with chat and IVR technology solutions is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead data-driven

initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in the financial services industry.
* Experienced in data visualization and data quires.
* Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques for data analysis.
