In this role, the Sr Program Manager – Change Management will be responsible for the change management efforts for multiple, complex, and strategically aligned projects within ADP TotalSource. Projects will include, but are not limited to application or process enhancements, infrastructure initiatives or compliance and statutory requirements and will be critical to achieving ADP Total Source strategic goals. The Sr Program Manager will partner with a team of matrixed resources to achieve desired benefits and goals. In addition to supporting the Total Source Product Enablement team with change management, this position will interface with other key Enablement leaders, division and regional leadership.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:** Responsibilities
**What you can expect on a typical day:**
+ Ensure business realization of strategic objectives through change management support of multiple, strategically aligned projects. These projects are highly complex, have multiple dependencies, and have significant impact on organizational goals by solving compound business problems.
+ Serve as a project owner and provide information to different stakeholder groups regarding the overall change, alignment of organization processes, systems, people and related change milestones. (e.g. BPI, work-related technology, training, etc.)
+ Prepare and coach people leaders and change agent networks to influence stakeholder mindsets to adopt each of the key milestones
+ Advise on and apply a structured change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
+ Provide consulting advice for change leadership/management best practices and ability to guide/coach senior leaders in their roles as change sponsors.
+ Advise team on impact analysis and stakeholder assessments. Advise with the conduct of risk and readiness assessments. Create a set of actionable and targeted change management plans (e.g. communications, training, risk, resistance, etc.).
+ Assist with the definition of overall communications strategy and plan for change initiatives including consultation, diagnostics, development of core messaging, planning, implementation, and evaluation to drive behavior change.
+ Assist with the development of communications materials when needed or oversee communications support when other resources are not available.
+ You will develop strong partnerships and identify cross functional resources at all levels of the organization to drive business success.
+ Drive results across a team of matrixed associates representing all functional and support areas to ensure realization of program strategic objective
+ Develop and/or improve organizational capability tools, templates, and methods to implement initiatives as well as educate business leaders on organizational capability and change leadership/management concepts and approaches.
+ Establish, manage, and participate in a global community of practice across ADP to strengthen the effectiveness of our change practice, internal change integration capabilities, and accelerate knowledge sharing and leading practices.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** Requirements
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education & experience
+ 8+ years related experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, Project/Program Management, or other relevant field
+ Prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery
+ Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies
+ Ability to guide and inspire others in consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
+ Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with flexibility, adaptability, and critical thinking skills
+ Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
+ Ability to work, partner, and thrive independently and in a collaborative or matrixed environment
**BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:** Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree Preferred (MBA, MA)
+ Knowledge, expertise, and experience of applied, large system change management principles and methodologies.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executives and establish credibility as a trusted business advisor.
+ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
+ Familiarity with continuous improvement/business process improvement (BPI) approaches, tools, and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Strong influence skills: a proven ability to win support for ideas and initiatives
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
+ Strong consulting skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate among a wide variety of solutions
