**Job Title** **: Facets/QA System Analyst**

**Role and Responsibilities:**

· Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand the requirements through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication.

· Self-driven, innovative, motivated, well-organized, willingness to work on an onsite/offshore model and ability to work in remote setting.

· Define, prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer priorities.

· Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and QA teams.

· Leverage knowledge of US Healthcare payer operations.

· Participate in Systems/Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing.

· Support QA and release management procedures.

· Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning etc.).

**Required Experience** :

· Strong healthcare domain knowledge (Healthcare Terminology)

· Good understanding of the Facets Data Model

· Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.

· Familiar with the Core Facets batch job’s and EDI transactions (834 and 837)

· Good understanding and working experience in Member Enrollment, Claims Processing, and Billing.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

Applicants will be accepted till 7/2/2025

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $85K-$93K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
