Contract Duration: 12 Months

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ 8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field.

+ Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.

+ Proven ability to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency with IT partners and key business stake holders.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

+ Experience working with regulatory compliance in a financial institution.

+ Problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

+ Project management skills with a focus on delivering results.

+ Tools: Familiarity with product management and analytics tools, as well as banking software and platforms.

+ 8 years of Confluence and Jira experience.

+ 8 years of Microsoft SharePoint experience.

+ Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

+ Basic project management skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Foundational understanding of web technologies.

+ Server topology (Servers, APIs, CDNs, etc.)

+ Client topology (Browsers, Operating Systems, Devices, cookies, etc.)

+ Code bases (HTML, CSS, React, etc.)

**Desired Skills & Experience**

+ Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)

+ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management.

+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Digital Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

+ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

+ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
