**Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., Press Brake, laser router, shear, stamp, saw) to produce precision parts and components.

+ Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and secure clamping.

+ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

+ Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

+ Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

+ Document production data and report any deviations or defects.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a CNC-driven machine.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with the machine (clear stoppages, find and run a program in the user interface, very basic troubleshooting).

+ Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.

+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Experience with CNC Press Brake, CNC shear, or CNC laser is advantageous.

+ Capability to cross-train on various machines as they run off the same numeric controls.

**Work Environment**

The work environment is an air-conditioned 200,000 sq ft manufacturing shop. The building is brand new and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. We offer multiple first-class break rooms with snacks, electrolyte drinks, and more, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant working atmosphere.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00/yr.
