**Job Title: Lead Field Service Technician**

**Job Description**

We are a growing air conditioning equipment manufacturer seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for activities related to the repair and installation of HVAC towers used in commercial data centers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Act as a resource person for the repair or installation of HVAC equipment

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Travel to different locations weekly

+ Communicate with higher-level leadership and clients daily via email or face-to-face

+ Know and rigorously apply safety regulations, respect procedures, and work methods relating to the operation of equipment

**Essential Skills**

+ Must have Universal (608) certification for HVAC

+ Experience working with low voltage from 110 - 480v

+ Troubleshooting and installing into the power supply of a commercial data center

+ 5 years of HVAC experience

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Lead experience or Project Management experience preferred

**Work Environment**

The position involves traveling to different data centers primarily in the central and eastern United States. The work environment includes modern facilities equipped with industry 4.0 technology, emphasizing safety and operational procedures.
