**Hiring Production Workers in East Mesa**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks using both power tools and hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair components and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a wide range of power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, saws) and hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) to perform production tasks.

+ Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions.

+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

+ Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Assist with inventory management, material handling, and other general labor tasks as needed.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in assembly using technical tools such as micrometers.

+ Comfortable or willing to use and be around a wide variety of power tools including drills, saws, and expanders.

+ Willingness and readiness to use and learn a variety of machines including CNC machines, lasers, and FIN machines.

**Shifts and Pay**

+ 4 x 10 monday - thursday

+ 1st shift: 5am - 330pm

+ 2nd shift: 330pm - 2am

+ $22/hour

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
