**Job Title: Clean Wash Operator (1st Shift)**

**Job Description**

The Clean Wash Operator is tasked with the preparation and post-cleaning of circuit boards following component placement. This role involves working with wash machines, vapor degreasers, and alcohol tubs, ensuring boards are cleaned properly using safety equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate wash machines, vapor degreasers, and alcohol tubs.

+ Refill machines with chemicals as needed.

+ Inspect boards for cleanliness using established processes.

+ Inspect work for defects and replace parts as directed.

+ Use a microscope to inspect products.

+ Mask and demask components as necessary.

**Essential Skills**

+ Basic Component ID Certification.

+ Ability to follow documentation and procedures.

+ Proficiency in reading and comprehending English.

+ Experience working with microscopes.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Familiarity with hand tools such as torque drives, hand cutters, and screwdrivers.

+ Experience working with epoxy, RTV silicone, and adhesives.

+ Comfort with using automatic paste, epoxy, and Loctite dispensers.

+ Basic math skills and ability to recognize and distinguish colors.

+ Computer skills to load and run machine programs.

**Work Environment**

The role is based in a PCB manufacturing clean room. Employees work on high-quality boards for drills used deep underground. Shifts are structured as 1st shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM), 2nd shift (2 PM - 11 PM with 10% shift differential), and 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM with 20% shift differential). Candidates must be comfortable with significant overtime, including weekends. The clean room requires wearing a full bunny suit, foot covers, mouth covers, gloves, hair net, and close-toed shoes. Makeup, fake nails, and nail polish are not permitted.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
