+ Lead and supervise the customer experience team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members
+ Develop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
+ Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer journey
+ Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency
+ Track and report key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 5 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
+ Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
+ Experience in customer experience management is preferred.
+ Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
