**THE POSITION**
In this position you will establish and execute Global Procurement initiatives and strategy to help develop a resilient and agile supply chain for Building Automation Strategic Business Group (SBG) in alignment with business/ISC priorities globally as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You will have the responsibility to deliver world class supply resiliency, lead Procurement (Sourcing & Purchasing) functional excellence initiatives, perform due diligence to evaluate risks and opportunities, drive operational efficiency through standardization and simplification. You will drive procurement excellence by partnering with businesses (GBEs), Corporate Procurement team and supplier partners and will help deliver best in class results and deliver on business expectations. This role will ensure all activities and processes will enable a resilient and flexible supply chain at optimum total cost.
+ Partner with Strategy and Commercial team to support the M&A initiatives including due diligence, synergy savings, integration of new entity and risk management
+ Drive and execute Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan with supporting strategies
+ Right and fast execution of strategies to align with business growth and priorities
+ Build new relationships with key Supplier Leadership
+ Build a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
+ Align with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance, and Quality and other Honeywell Businesses
+ Manage and comply to sourcing processes and performance through an effective management operating system
+ Manage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformation
+ Partner with Engineering, Analytics team, COE and GBE sourcing teams to develop supply risk mitigation plans
+ Partner with GEB Procurement team and GBE leadership to develop product portfolio mitigation plans
+ Work with AME, ISC GBE/Regional leaders, and BA Transitions Team to identify site expansion opportunities
+ Develop supplier localization plans and partner with COE, Engineering, and GBE sourcing teams to qualify suppliers
+ Manage Risk Events to contain the risk and establish long term improvements into the resiliency program
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
**WE VALUE**
+ Extensive experience in Strategic Sourcing
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree
+ Complex and Large Project Management, functional transformation and/or Contract Management Experience
+ Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management
+ Global Leadership experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business
+ Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
+ Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
+ International experience with exposure to High Growth Regions
+ Cross-functional experience at the interfaces of engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing
