Description We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge networking technologies and ensure the seamless operation of complex systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing network performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain networking solutions, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Implement and manage Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) configurations to optimize network traffic.

• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco technologies, including ASA firewalls and routers.

• Monitor and maintain Aruba switches and WiFi systems to ensure reliable connectivity.

• Manage and support Arista switches and Palo Alto security solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain servers and hyper-converged infrastructure.

• Configure and optimize Netskope SD-WAN solutions for enhanced network performance.

• Perform regular backups and ensure robust disaster recovery protocols are in place.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of network configurations to guarantee stability.

• Document network architecture, configurations, and processes for future reference. Requirements • Proven experience with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and configuration management.

• Expertise in Cisco technologies, including ASA firewalls, routers, and switches.

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto security systems and Aruba WiFi solutions.

• Proficiency in working with Arista and Aruba switches.

• Familiarity with Netskope SD-WAN and hyper-converged infrastructure such as Nutanix.

• Strong knowledge of backup technologies and disaster recovery planning.

• Ability to manage datacenter operations and computer hardware.
